Verizon Wireless makes key step forward in being consumer-friendly

 

Verizon Wireless, on October 1, 2007 announced that it will provide all of its customers the ability to change calling plans without requiring contract extensions.  Now customers can change features, plan minutes, etc. without being tied down to a new 2-year contract extension.  Wurd.
