Zomba sues PerezHilton over Britney

Zomba Records, which owns the rights to the music of Britney Spears (and they are proud of that??), has sued the PerezHilton.com website for illegally obtaining and posting some music from Britney's forthcoming new disaster, I mean album, called Blackout, which is now scheduled for an earlier than planned release on October 30, instead of November 13, due to advance leaks of her music.

The amount, Mario Lavandeira, who runs the PerezHilton.com site, is being sued for is undisclosed at this time.
