Hershey's latest confection ... looks like illegal drugs

HERSHEY, Pa. - Some police said Friday that they are not happy about a new candy made by the Hershey Company. The new candy is named "Ice Breakers Pacs" and it recently hit the market.

They are made of two small dissolvable mint strips sealed around a powdered sweetener.

Police in Philadelphia said they look too much like powdered drugs, such as crack or heroin.

A spokesperson for the Hershey Company said Friday, the product is clearly labeled with product identification, ingredients and nutritional information and is clearly branded as an ice breakers item.
